Materials testing is where specifications either hold up or quietly fail. We sample and test in the field and in the lab, then report results on a turnaround that lets you act on them while the work is still in front of you.

That covers concrete from sampling through cylinders, cores and flexural beams; soils moisture-density relationships and in-place density; aggregate gradation, durability and specific gravity; masonry prisms and grout; and asphalt mix verification and placement density.

The advantage of having geotechnical engineering in the same building is interpretation. When a result comes in low, you don't just get a report — you get a recommendation about what it means for the structure and what remediation is proportionate.
